Juan Ignacio Eguiara, new Spanish Juror and new Jury Commitee member

The Car of the Year Jury welcomes Juan Ignacio Eguiara, as new Spanish Juror and member of Jury Committee representing AUTOPISTA magazine, one of the Car of the Year organizing magazines.

Born in Vitoria and with an academic background in Industrial Engineering, Juan Ignacio takes on the role of Editor in Chief of AUTOPISTA and becomes a Jury member of Car of the Year after having developed his entire professional career at what was previously Motorpress Ibérica and what is now Sport Life Ibérica.

First at AUTOPISTA in the testing team, later at AUTOMÓVIL where he spent most of his professional career, maintaining the leadership of both publications. In addition, he works on various projects, creating books, corporate magazines, and more. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of publishing sectors over more than half of his life testing cars.

His knowledge of the industry and the challenges he has overcome will be an extraordinary boost for Sport Life Ibérica's own brands, as well as his contribution to the selection of Car of the Year in Europe.
