Car of The year 2020: Provisional list of candidates

A total of 48 models form the provisional list of candidates for Car of the Year 2020 award. All the candidates are new vehicles on sale now or before year’s end in five or more European markets. The final list will be made known on October 14th, 2019. The voting process has two stages. The first one will produce a short list of seven nominees which will be announced on November 25th, 2019. The second round will determine the single winner that will be revealed on the eve of the Geneva Motorshow on March 2nd, 2020.
