Roman Popkiewicz, 46, is a new Jury member for Car of The Year 2020 award. The motoring writer has had a long experience as car tester in Motor-Presse Polska publications since 1997, and is currently the editor in chief of ‘auto motor i sport’ magazine.
With economics and engineering education, Roman is fluent in English and Russian and has also contributed to the development of motoring and lifestyle online platforms inside the Polish group. As a juror, he succeeds the veteran journalist Wojciech Sierpowski, first Car of the Year Jury member from Poland, starting in the 1994 edition.
